As our Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead our rehabilitation department in providing top-tier care to our nursing home residents. You'll oversee a team of therapists, develop tailored rehabilitation programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Include

• Leadership and Management:

o Lead and mentor a team of therapists to deliver exceptional care.

o Develop and enforce policies for efficient rehabilitation services.

• Program Development and Coordination:

o Customize treatment plans to meet residents' needs and goals.

o Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
