We are seeking a full-time Customer Service and Patient Experience Professional at Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center who is eager to grow in the post-acute care field.

This position allows professionals to practice and develop their leadership skills while overseeing the patient/guest experience and employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities

Here's what we are looking for:

Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management
Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness
Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.
Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations
Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment
Candidates interested in our Concierge/Administrator in Training (AIT) Program
Professionals who are open to working the following schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM - 7 PM.

Salary range - $20 - $22, depending upon experience
