• Be a certified Urban Zen Integrative Therapist
• Be a team player
• Be willing to cover other Urban Zen Therapist shifts
• Be willing to attend continuing education opportunities
• Have an interest in working with those in a clinical healthcare setting
• Have an understanding of the compassion and empathy needed for those in need
• Report to the site on time for the shift
• Communicate directly with the Director of Integrative Therapy
