We are currently seeking a driven and personable Marketing /Junior Business Development Representative
to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales, healthcare, or rehabilitation therapy who enjoys networking, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent At Home Therapies at marketing events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, clinics, and long-term care facilities to generate referrals.
- Educate medical professionals and referral sources about our services and the benefits of in-home therapy.
- Develop and execute territory marketing strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and rehab centers to build rapport and promote services.
- Track and report referral trends, market feedback, and activity logs.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Support general business development efforts and help identify growth opportunities in target areas.
Qualifications:
- Sales, marketing, or outreach experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior services.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
