Regional Workforce Management Coordinator
A nursing home group is seeking a Regional Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team.
Regional Workforce Management Coordinator Job description:
·Analyze and develop creative solutions to address payroll costs, labor hours and related expense variances
·Clearly present analysis to management to better make informed and timely decisions
·Work closely with Staffing Coordinators and HRs to assist and support in facility staffing needs and ensure protocols are being followed
·Ensure facilities are staffing, recruiting, and hiring effectively
Regional Workforce Management Coordinator Qualifications:
·Ambitious and a natural leader
·Enjoy working with numbers and analyzing them
·Great communicator and ability to be gentle yet assertive and convincing
·Previous experience working with excel preferred
·No experience in Workforce Management necessary
