Marketer/Hospital Liaison
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly motivated Marketer / Hospital Liaison to build strong relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physicians, and community partners. This role is essential in driving census growth, strengthening referral networks, and representing our Skilled Nursing Facility with professionalism and compassion.
Marketer/Hospital Liaison Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and referral partners.

Actively promote the facility’s services, programs, and clinical capabilities in hospitals and community settings.

Represent the SNF during on-site hospital visits, meetings, and outreach events.

Identify and pursue new referral sources to support census goals and business development.

Track referral trends, market changes, and competitive activity to support leadership strategies.

Coordinate with the Admissions Director and Nursing team to ensure smooth and timely admissions.

Provide updates to facility leadership regarding referral activity, barriers, and opportunities.

Assist with marketing materials, promotional events, and community partnerships.

Demonstrate strong customer service skills and serve as a positive ambassador for the facility.
Marketer/Hospital Liaison Qualifications:

Previous marketing, hospital liaison, or outreach experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare setting required.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and hospital discharge processes preferred.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: up to $120,000 a year
