Registered Dietitian (RD)
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team.
Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified.
- Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.
- Looking for RD or RDE (will train).
- Full Time
- Job includes - Assessing patients , completing Nutrition assessments and Care Plans, attending Care Plans meetings, MDS, PEG feeding assessments.
- Meal Tracker and Pointclick Care knowledge a plus.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required
Salary: Up to $70,000 a year (based on experience)
