Registered Nurse ( RN ) Unit Leader QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
* Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
* Previous Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and procedures
* Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and care team
* Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
