Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead daily dietary operations and ensure high-quality, compliant nutrition services for our residents.
Dietary Supervisor Key Duties:

Supervise dietary staff and daily operations

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Support menu planning and resident dietary needs

Manage food quality, inventory, and costs

Address resident dining concerns
Dietary Supervisor Qualifications:

Dietary services experience (healthcare preferred)

Supervisory experience a plus
