Licensed Master Social Worker Responsibilities:

Provide licensed social work services to registrants, including assessments, treatment plans, and counseling

Develop and implement individualized care plans that address registrants physical, emotional, and social needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

Facilitate registrant and family coping mechanisms, and provide emotional support during challenging times

Conduct group therapy sessions and recreational activities to promote registrant engagement and well-being

Maintain accurate records and documentation of registrant care and services
Licensed Master Social Worker Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Current licensure as a Master Social Worker (LSW) in the State of New York

Minimum of [3] years of experience in social work, rehabilitation, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
