Registered Dietitian (RD)
Are you a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Dietitian looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility.

Position Summary
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nutrition Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will assess residents’ nutritional needs, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting optimal health outcomes.
Registered Dietitian (RD) Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for new admissions, annual reviews, and significant changes

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans

Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings

Monitor weight trends, labs, wounds, and hydration status

Provide nutrition counseling to residents and families

Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and facility policies

Oversee therapeutic diets and meal service standards

Collaborate with Food Service Director and clinical team
Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (CDR required)

Licensed/Certified Dietitian (as required by state)

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and MDS documentation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Up to $90,000 per year
