Evening RN Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Evening RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care.
The Evening RN Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and staff support during the Evening shift.
RN Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift

Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans

Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation

Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving in real time

Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Assist with admissions, assessments, and incident investigations

Serve as the administrative lead for the facility during assigned shift
RN Supervisor Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license
-
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage shift operations effectively
Salary: Up to $115,000 per year
