Dietary Supervisor Key Duties: - Supervise dietary staff and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support menu planning and resident dietary needs
- Manage food quality, inventory, and costs
- Address resident dining concerns
Dietary Supervisor Qualifications: - Dietary services experience (healthcare preferred)
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
