Registered Dietitian (RD) - Join Our Team The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate
Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring residents receive proper nutritional care to support their recovery, health, and overall well-being.

Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities - Conduct nutritional assessments for residents and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Monitor and evaluate residents' dietary needs, weight trends, and nutritional status
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families when appropriate
- Oversee and ensure compliance with dietary regulations, CMS guidelines, and facility policies
- Participate in care plan meetings and clinical discussions
- Review and approve therapeutic diets and menu plans in coordination with dietary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications - Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Salary: Up to $85,000 per year
