Assistant Administrator Position Overview: The Assistant Administrator will support the Administrator in managing facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff management, and resident satisfaction. Assistant Administrator Key Responsibilities: - Assist with daily management of facility operations and staff supervision.
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Help manage budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Act as a liaison with families, vendors, and community partners.
Assistant Administrator Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing facilities (federal and state).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification is a plus.
