MDS Director (RN) to lead our MDS/RAI process and support strong clinical outcomes and accurate reimbursement.
MDS Director (RN) Responsibilities - Oversee the MDS/RAI process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assessments
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor reimbursement accuracy under PDPM
- Educate and support nursing staff on MDS and documentation processes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
MDS Director (RN) Qualifications - Active RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Leadership experience preferred
