RN SUPERVISOR Weekends only Duties Include: - Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team
Requirements/Qualifications: - Must hold a current RN license in the state of FL
- LTC experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
