Registered Dietitian HC&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to join out team.
Registered Dietitian Responsibilities Include: - Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified.
- Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.
Registered Dietitian Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required
