Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional to take on a key leadership role in a supportive and fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
RN Supervisor Responsibilities: - Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing team members
- Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
RN Supervisor Qualifications: - Active RN license in the state of New York
- Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
