Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing facility. The DON is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Director of Nursing (DON) Key Responsibilities - Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee clinical operations, including quality assurance and infection control
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of nursing personnel
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- Monitor and improve quality metrics, survey readiness, and clinical performance

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications - Active RN license in NJ
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
