Evening RN Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Evening RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care.
The Evening RN Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and staff support during the Evening shift.
RN Supervisor Key Responsibilities - Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift
- Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
- Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation
- Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving in real time
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and incident investigations
- Serve as the administrative lead for the facility during assigned shift
RN Supervisor Qualifications - Active and unencumbered RN license
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage shift operations effectively
Salary: Up to $115,000 per year
