Weekend RN SupervisorThe Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing CenterCompensation: Up to $60/hour Position Overview:The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting and is passionate about delivering excellent resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend shifts.
Key Duties: - Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff throughout weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant resident care
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families
- Monitor and support medication administration and treatment procedures
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
- Handle urgent clinical situations and provide direction as needed
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
