Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the nutritional health and overall well-being of our residents while working in a collaborative rehabilitation and long-term care environment.

Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission and as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, speech therapy, and food service teams to support resident care
- Monitor residents' nutritional status, weight trends, lab values, and dietary intake
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to dietary services
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Review menus and therapeutic diets to ensure nutritional adequacy and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
Qualifications - Registered Dietitian credential required
- Current state licensure/certification as required
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
