Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and supervising nursing staff during weekend operations.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations within our rehabilitation and long-term care facility.
Responsibilities - Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns promptly
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and CNAs
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Respond to emergencies and assist with clinical decision-making
Qualifications - Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
