Director of Housekeeping to lead our Environmental Services Department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, quality assurance programs, and departmental policies.
- Ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection prevention.
- Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Manage departmental scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain inventory and oversee ordering of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linens.
- Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Nursing, Maintenance, and Administration teams to support resident care initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, state health department regulations, and facility policies.
- Participate in survey preparation and assist during regulatory inspections.
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns regarding environmental services in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control expenses while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, healthcare, or long-term care.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Hospital, or Healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control standards, environmental safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace technology systems.
