Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations of a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Promote a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and financial objectives.
- Maintain survey readiness and support successful regulatory outcomes.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and facility goals.
Qualifications- Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
- Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
