Dietary Supervisor to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional dining services and enhancing the resident experience, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Supervise the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with residents' dietary needs and physician orders.
- Oversee dietary staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care.
- Participate in state surveys and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:- Previous dietary supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
