Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, driving admissions, and growing census.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
- Increase facility census through strategic business development and referral generation.
- Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Educate referral partners on the facility's clinical programs, services, and capabilities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department to facilitate a seamless referral and admission process.
- Identify new referral opportunities and implement strategies to grow market share.
- Represent the facility at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve and exceed admissions goals.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services required.
- Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred.
- Established relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of increasing admissions and census growth.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
