Housekeeping & Laundry Director to lead our Environmental Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including infection control and safety standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality assurance programs.
- Maintain adequate inventory of housekeeping and laundry supplies.
- Ensure resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage departmental budgets and control expenses.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family concerns.
- Participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:- Previous housekeeping or environmental services leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sanitation practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgeting.
