Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team on the

Position SummaryThe RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations during the evening shift, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
- Ensure quality resident care and timely completion of nursing services.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions and respond to clinical needs.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing team members.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical problem-solving as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
Qualifications- Current and active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
