Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious healthcare professional looking to grow into an Administrator role while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff.
Working alongside the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator will help oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Administrator with the day-to-day management of facility operations.
- Support department leaders in achieving operational and clinical goals.
- Help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Nursing, Admissions, Social Services, Rehabilitation, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Business Office departments.
- Assist with survey preparation and regulatory inspections.
- Promote resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and staff development initiatives.
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and resident-centered environment.
- Serve as Administrator in their absence, as appropriate.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.
- Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License or Administrator-in-Training (AIT) experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living, or other healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centered care.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed
