Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing nursing team. Whether you're an experienced RN or looking to continue your career in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, you'll find a supportive environment where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Respond to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Qualifications- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
