Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is a strong leader, organized, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the night shift.
- Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely intervention when changes occur.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure medications, treatments, and physician orders are carried out appropriately.
- Review and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and significant changes in resident condition.
- Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety.
- Address staffing issues, call-outs, and clinical concerns during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and federal requirements.
- Communicate important clinical and operational information to the incoming leadership team.
- Assist with incident investigations, quality initiatives, and survey readiness.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications- Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
- Previous RN Supervisor or nursing leadership experience preferred.
- Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of resident care.
