reliable and hardworking Maintenance Aide to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility safe, clean, and well maintained.
What You'll Do- Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
- Help with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Help maintain common areas, resident rooms, and facility grounds.
- Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and repairs.
- Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors.
What We're Looking For- Previous maintenance, handyman, or general repair experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance.
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and supplies as needed.
- Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
