RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team on the
day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Review and oversee care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Monitor quality measures and help implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to nursing staff.
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a SNF preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and clinical documentation.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
