Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift

Shift: 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Pay: Up to $34 per hour
Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night-shift clinical team.
As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The ideal candidate is committed to resident-centered care, communicates effectively, and works well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members
Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants as assigned
Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations
Respond appropriately to resident needs and clinical emergencies
Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives
Perform other nursing duties as assigned
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork
Availability to work the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
