Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a Full-Time CDPAP Coordinator .

Must be Vaccinated for COVID-19

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements
Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families
Receive and process incoming requests for new home care services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, as well as, internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be able to multi-task
Prior administrative / office experience is strongly preferred
