Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community
- Ensure compliance with NJ DOH and DCA regulations
- Lead and support department heads and staff
- Maintain resident care standards and satisfaction
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational reporting
- Communicate with families, vendors, and regulators
- Support census growth and occupancy stability
