CareRite Centers is seeking a forward-thinking AI Automation & Data Engineer to design and deploy intelligent automation solutions that enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency across our enterprise.

Position Overview
The AI Automation & Data Engineer will architect, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that integrate with enterprise systems. You will transform complex financial and operational data into automated, scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to translate organizational needs into robust AI-enabled systems.
AI Automation & Data Engineer Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows for finance and operations

Build and deploy tools leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and structured data

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scalable data pipelines

Integrate AI solutions with core enterprise platforms (ERP, EMR, billing, payroll)

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Improve reporting accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and operational analytics

Ensure best practices in data governance, scalability, and security
AI Automation & Data Engineer Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience working with AI/LLM APIs and data engineering frameworks

Experience handling structured financial and operational datasets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to senior executives
Preferred Qualifications
