Position Overview The AI Automation & Data Engineer will architect, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that integrate with enterprise systems. You will transform complex financial and operational data into automated, scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.

AI Automation & Data Engineer Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows for finance and operations
- Build and deploy tools leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and structured data
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scalable data pipelines
- Integrate AI solutions with core enterprise platforms (ERP, EMR, billing, payroll)
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Improve reporting accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and operational analytics
- Ensure best practices in data governance, scalability, and security
AI Automation & Data Engineer Required Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience working with AI/LLM APIs and data engineering frameworks
- Experience handling structured financial and operational datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to senior executives
Preferred Qualifications - Experience integrating AI within enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with BI or analytics platforms
- Background in healthcare or multi-site operations environments
