Registered Dietitian to become part of our dedicated healthcare team.
Position Overview:Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Nutrition, the Registered Dietitian will play a key role in supporting resident health and wellness through comprehensive nutritional care.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Apply the Nutrition Care Process to support clinical outcomes
- Manage responsibilities independently while maintaining strong organizational skills
- Participate in a rotating schedule that may include weekends and holidays
What We're Looking For: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Qualifications: - Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible with a valid Dietetic Internship (DI) Verification Statement
- Experience or comfort working with enteral nutrition
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of state survey processes and regulatory compliance is preferred
Compensation: - Salary up to $90,000 annually, based on experience
