Concierge Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
professional, friendly, and highly organized Concierge to join our team. The Concierge plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and visitors while assisting with front desk operations and administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys
providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone entering our facility.
Concierge Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors
- Greet and assist all guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously
- Assist residents and families with questions, requests, and general information
- Support the admissions, administration, and clinical teams with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Coordinate visitor access and provide directions within the facility
- Ensure the front desk and reception area remain organized and presentable
- Escalate concerns or service requests to appropriate departments when necessary
Concierge Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
- Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility setting is a plus
