The Hamlet is seeking a qualified and experienced receptionist with a background in customer service.

Receptionist Job Description: - This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interactions with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Must be a true team member.
- Courteously greeting visitors and directing appropriately.
- Operate the phone system and train others for relief purposes.
- Answer telephones and determine the nature of the call, directing the calls to the appropriate individual or department.
- Filing and copying documents as needed.
- Typing correspondence, written communication, and reports as needed.
- Distribute mail as directed.
- Maintain a current list of residents and their room numbers.
- Agree not to disclose the resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to your Director.
