RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong RN leader who is passionate about quality resident care and enjoys working with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
- Monitor resident conditions, care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Manage daily assignments and help ensure appropriate staffing.
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement and staff education initiatives.
Qualifications- Current New York State RN license required.
- Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or Unit Manager experience preferred.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach.
