Patient Care Technician
Glengariff dialysis center is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) TTS to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis 6 chairs clinic.
Patient Care Technician Qualifications:
·Candidate MUST have dialysis experience
·Candidate must have current BCLS certification
·Candidate should have knowledge with computers and electronic charting
Patient Care Technician Job Description:
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Shifts : Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Salary: Up to $18 an hour (based on experience)
