Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare marketing professional who excels at building relationships, developing referral networks, and driving new business. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the healthcare community and a proven ability to generate referrals and increase census for a skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare referral sources.
Promote Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center's services and clinical capabilities throughout the community.
Generate new referrals and identify opportunities to increase admissions and facility census.
Conduct regular hospital and community visits to strengthen referral partnerships.
Respond promptly to referral inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources.
Work closely with the Admissions Director and clinical team to facilitate timely and appropriate admissions.
Coordinate hospital discharges and communicate with referral partners throughout the admissions process.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the facility's market presence.
Represent the facility at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community functions.
Monitor referral activity, admissions results, and marketing performance.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referral relationships, and follow-up efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, business development, or admissions required.
Skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or post-acute healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Established relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers preferred.
Proven ability to generate referrals and drive admissions growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
